Weekly Mowing Program
For properties with high growth rates or high visibility — commercial-adjacent residential, lakefront, and properties on maintenance showcase routes. Consistent weekly visits April through October.
Bi-Weekly Mowing Program
The most popular option for standard suburban lots in Post Falls, Hayden, and CDA. Every two weeks on a fixed day with a consistent crew. LP adjusts frequency during spring growth surge at no extra charge.
Mechanical Edging
Crisp mechanical edging of all lawn-to-bed and lawn-to-hardscape transitions on every visit. Maintains a defined separation between turf and planting beds that hand trimming cannot match.
Hard Surface Blowing
Clippings, debris, and leaf material blown off all driveways, walkways, patios, and parking areas after every mow. LP leaves your property clean — not just mowed.
Clipping Management
LP mulch-mows clippings back into the turf on most visits — returning nitrogen to the soil. For heavy growth weeks, clippings are bagged and removed. Your crew uses judgment, not a rigid rule.
Height and Pattern Rotation
LP rotates mowing patterns on each visit to prevent ruts, compaction lines, and grain formation in the turf. Mow height is adjusted seasonally — slightly taller in summer heat to shade soil and retain moisture.
