Visa, Mastercard, and American Express by phone or in the Client Center, ACH bank transfer, and check at the Post Falls shop. We do not take cash in the field for open invoices — it creates a paper trail problem for both of us at audit time.
How long do I have to pay?
Net 30 from the invoice date. Annual maintenance and snow contracts follow the net-30 window on the monthly invoice. Project milestones are due on completion of each phase as defined in your signed scope.
Can I set up autopay?
Yes, through a Client Center login. Recurring contract clients can authorize ACH autopay and set a monthly draw date. We will also send payment reminders by text before an invoice is due, so nothing lapses because a reminder email went to spam.
A line item on my invoice looks wrong. What should I do?
Call (208) 651-2206 and ask for Joshua. Every charge traces to either the signed scope or a change order you approved. If we cannot produce one of those, the line comes off. That is the No-Surprise Invoice policy, and it applies to disputed charges, not just final billing.
Do you charge late fees?
A 1.5% monthly fee applies past 60 days, and we will call you before it does. We do not use collections or lien filings on a landscape contractor balance — the relationship matters more to us than the invoice, and we would rather resolve it directly.
