Permit Determination & Application
LP identifies whether your project falls under unincorporated Kootenai County rules or a municipal permit in Post Falls or Coeur d'Alene, then handles the application. No demolition starts before the permit is issued.
Utility Disconnect Coordination
Utilities must be properly disconnected by licensed contractors before demolition begins. LP coordinates that sequence so nothing is cut live and the schedule holds.
Controlled Structural Demolition
Sheds, garages, carports, and outbuildings come down in a controlled sequence using our own equipment — protecting adjacent structures, trees, and hardscape you intend to keep.
Concrete & Asphalt Removal
Slabs, driveways, and patios are broken out at the right depth, loaded, and hauled. Where site quantities warrant, concrete and asphalt are routed to aggregate recyclers instead of landfill.
Segregated Debris Haul-Off
Concrete, asphalt, clean wood, metal, drywall, and mixed C&D waste are separated by stream and hauled to permitted facilities. Nothing is buried, burned, or abandoned on your property.
Backfill & Site Restoration
After haul-off, LP backfills and grades the cleared area to ready-for-construction condition, so the next trade can start on your schedule rather than waiting on cleanup.
