Requesting a Service Visit
Routine requests go through the form below. Urgent problems — leaks, failures, safety hazards — skip the form and call.
Call (208) 651-2206How quickly can someone come out?
Within your contracted service window, usually two to five business days for grounds requests. For irrigation leaks, irrigation failures, or storm damage we treat it as urgent and dispatch the same day. Snow requests are automatic if you are on a seasonal contract — no form needed.
Do service visits cost extra?
No, if you are on an annual maintenance or snow contract. One-time visits and non-contract work are billed at our standard service rate, quoted to you before we come out so there is no surprise on arrival.
What should I include in my request?
Your address, the service type, and where on the property the issue is. A photo helps us send the right equipment the first time. If there is a safety concern — an ice ledge over a walkway, an exposed wire, a hole — say so explicitly so we can prioritize it.
Can I request service outside my contract?
Yes. Tree work, storm cleanup, seasonal color changes, and specialty repairs are available as one-off services for any property, contract or not. Give us a call and we will scope it.
How do I add a property to my existing contract?
Call the shop with the address and we will add it to your service route. In most of our coverage area that means no rate change at all — the truck is already driving past.
Snow emergencies and irrigation leaks do not wait for a form. For those, (208) 651-2206 is the fastest path to a fix.
