Design & Layout
We stake the curbing path before any material is placed — you approve the curve radius, shape, and routing before a single yard of concrete is extruded.
Base Preparation
The installation path is edged, graded, and tamped. On slopes or softer soils we add a compacted base layer to prevent settling and cracking.
Extrusion & Forming
Continuous curbing is extruded on-site using a machine-driven form. This creates a monolithic, seamless border with no joints to shift or separate.
Color & Finish
Integral color is mixed directly into the concrete. We offer a range of standard colors and surface textures, including brushed and stamped finishes that integrate with your existing hardscape.
Sealing
After the concrete has cured, the curbing is sealed with a penetrating UV-resistant sealer that locks in color, resists staining, and protects against North Idaho's freeze-thaw cycles.
