We collect the minimum needed to do the work. Here is what that means, in plain language instead of boilerplate.

What personal information do you collect from this site?

If you submit the estimate or service form: your name, phone, email, service type, and property address. Our host logs standard request data such as IP address and user agent for security and diagnostics. We run no advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, and no data brokers.

Do you sell or share my information?

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information. We share it only with the service providers who run this site — the hosting platform, the form delivery service, and our email provider — each of whom is contractually limited to using it to deliver the service they provide to us.

Do you use cookies?

Only a small number, all functional: they remember that you submitted a form so the confirmation shows, and they preserve state between pages. There is no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking. Your browser blocking them will not break the site.

How long do you keep my information?

Estimate and contact submissions are retained for up to three years for business record-keeping and service history. Marketing consent is separate and revocable at any time by replying to any message from us. If you want a record deleted before that window, ask and we will remove it.

How do I request a copy of my data or ask you to delete it?

Email [email protected]. We will send everything we hold about you within 30 days and, on request, delete it — except the transaction records we are required to retain for business bookkeeping.

The only exception to never sharing your information: if we are legally compelled to. We will tell you when that happens.
