Before You Reach Out
What Happens When You Contact Us
No call centers, no three-deep hold music, no lead form that sells your information. Here is exactly what happens after you get in touch.
Request an EstimateHow quickly will you respond to my estimate request?
Within one business day for written requests, and same-day during business hours if you call or text. We will confirm a specific time window for the walkthrough rather than a vague "sometime this week" — we know your time is as valuable as our crew's.
What information should I have ready for the estimate?
A rough idea of what you want done and what you are hoping to spend. Photos help us arrive prepared, but we will not quote from them. If you have survey plans, architectural drawings, or HOA guidelines for a commercial or municipal site, send those ahead — they often determine feasibility before we set foot on the property.
Do I need to be home for the on-site estimate?
Not necessarily, though it helps. If you can't make it, we will walk the property thoroughly, take measurements and photos, and call you to talk it through. For a project with real design decisions — a patio layout, where the beds go — we would rather you were there so we can draw it with you.
What is the difference between an estimate and a consultation call?
A consultation call is fifteen minutes with Joshua, free, and meant for questions: what is realistic, what it costs in your neighborhood, whether your project is worth doing. An on-site estimate is the full property walkthrough that produces the written scope. Book the call if you are still deciding; book the estimate if you are ready to move.
Do you service Spokane Valley and Sandpoint?
Spokane Valley yes, as a core service area. Sandpoint and the Bonner County communities we handle on a project basis — travel is real up there, so we scope it honestly rather than padding a quote to cover the drive. If we are not the right fit for your location, we will tell you and point you toward someone who is.
What happens after I submit the form?
You get a confirmation immediately, then a real person — not an autoresponder — contacts you to schedule the walkthrough. Nothing is sold, subscribed, or passed along. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties, and we do not run ads against your number.
If we miss you, we call back within the hour during business hours. If it is urgent, just call — that is always faster than a form.
