Are you hiring right now?
We keep a running list because North Idaho ground work is seasonal in its peaks but not in its needs. Landscapers, equipment operators, irrigation technicians, and snow drivers are the roles we fill most. Send an application even if you do not see a specific posting — we call people back.
Do I need experience with commercial equipment?
For operator roles, a valid certification is required. If you have it but limited hours, we will start you on smaller machines and backfill the gaps. If you do not have it, there is no training seat here — but we keep an eye out for people who show the aptitude.
Do you hire seasonal workers for snow?
Snow is full-season work for a reliable driver, not a temp gig. If you hold a clean driving record and can commit to overnight routes, that is real year-round employment with us, not a short stint.
What does the hiring process look like?
In person, with Joshua. It starts with a conversation in the Post Falls shop about your experience and what you are looking for, then a walk of a live site. We do not do algorithm screens — you will talk to the person who would manage you.
Do you offer benefits?
Full-time positions include health coverage, paid time off accruing from day one, and retirement matching. Seasonal snow routes are hourly with the same safety training and equipment access as the year-round crew.
Do you hire people with no landscaping background?
Ground crew, yes. Physical work, showing up on time, and a willingness to learn the trade — we have trained people that way. What we cannot hire around is someone who will not be on site when they said they would be.
