Landscape Crew Lead
Lead small crews on residential and commercial landscape installation and maintenance projects. Must have 3+ years in the trade. Equipment operation a plus.
- Direct field crews on daily installation and maintenance tasks
- Communicate job progress to field supervisor
- Ensure quality standards are met before leaving each site
- Safely operate company vehicles and landscape equipment
Heavy Equipment Operator
Excavator, loader, and dozer operator for residential and commercial excavation, grading, and site prep projects. CDL preferred.
- Operate excavation, grading, and loading equipment on commercial and residential sites
- Follow grade stakes and perform finish work to spec
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Coordinate with project foreman on sequencing and logistics
Snow Operations Driver
Commercial snow removal driver for our winter contract portfolio. Plowing, salting, and sidewalk clearing. Experience with truck-mounted plows required.
- Plow commercial lots and routes per contract schedule
- Apply de-icing products at safe and correct rates
- Log all services per LP documentation requirements
- Communicate road and site conditions to dispatch
