Who owns LandscapePros and Excavation?

Joshua Gladish, who founded the company in 2005 out of Post Falls with one truck and a rule about calling clients back. He still walks every major project before the crew mobilizes, and he hands out his personal cell number to clients who want it.

Is the crew permanent or seasonal?

Permanent. The same people work the property this spring that worked it last spring. That continuity is the whole reason we can look at a yard and tell you what happened to the drainage — someone on the crew remembers putting it in.

Are your equipment operators certified?

Yes. Operators hold commercial equipment certifications and complete seasonal safety training. Because we own the machines rather than renting them, the person operating on your property is the person who maintained and inspected it that morning.

Do you use subcontractors?

For specialized work outside our scope, occasionally, and we tell you when we are doing it. Core work — excavation, grading, drainage, hardscape, planting, maintenance — is always our own people and our own equipment.

How do I know who is coming to my property?

You get a name and a direct number before the visit. If you want to meet the crew or walk the site with them before the work starts, that is welcome and common on larger projects.
